GENERAL TERMS
Fox&Flyn reserves the right to decline projects that are not a good fit or fall outside the studio’s expertise or ethical standards.

  1. All intellectual property created by Fox&Flyn remains under copyright until final payment is received.

  2. Work is delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

  3. All communication is conducted via email or a similar agreed communication platform unless a call or session is arranged in advance.

  4. Client data is treated confidentially and never shared with third parties without prior consent.

  5. Fox&Flyn reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

WEBSITE AUDITS
Booking & Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
Audits are typically scheduled around two weeks from purchase, allowing time for preparation and intake.
Intake Form
The client intake form provides the details needed for the audit. If it isn’t completed before the scheduled start date — and no response is received after reminders are sent — the audit will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
The client may reschedule their audit once at no extra cost, provided the new date is within two months of the original booking. Audits moved beyond that may incur a £50 reactivation fee to reopen the project.
Personal Emergencies
In the rare event of a personal emergency or unexpected issue preventing the audit from being completed on schedule, the client will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity and offered the next available slot. If that delay extends unreasonably (typically beyond four weeks), the client has the right to request a full refund instead.
Refunds
Refunds are not available once work has begun. If the client chooses to cancel before work starts, a 70% refund will be issued to cover administration and scheduling.

SALES PAGE AUDITS
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required upfront to secure your slot.
Sales page audits are typically scheduled within two weeks of purchase.
Client Responsibilities
The completed intake form and access to the client’s existing sales page must be provided before the scheduled start date. If these aren’t received, and reminders go unanswered, the booking will expire without refund.
Rescheduling & Refunds
One reschedule is allowed (within two months of purchase). Refunds are not available once work begins. If Fox&Flyn is unable to complete the audit due to unforeseen circumstances, the clientwill be offered either a new date or a full refund.

MESSAGING SERVIVES
Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the necessary project slot and covers preparation and research time. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final files are released.
Cancellations
If the client chooses to cancel after work has begun, Fox&Flyn reserves the right to retain initial deposit. If cancellation occurs before any work starts, a partial refund may be offered at Fox&Flyn’s discretion.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions (as outlined in the agreed proposal). Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately.
Client Timelines
Project timelines rely on client responsiveness. Delayed feedback or missing materials may shift delivery dates. If the project remains paused for more than four weeks without communication, it will be considered closed, and reopening will incur a reactivation fee.
Refunds
No refunds are issued once work has begun, as time and expertise are invested immediately upon project start.

STRATEGY SERVICES
Booking & Payment
Payment is required in full before the client’s session or project begins.
For multi-session packages, full payment secures the client’s place across the agreed dates.
Rescheduling
Strategy sessions may be rescheduled once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Reschedules beyond that window may incur a £50 rebooking fee.
No-Show Policy
If the client fails to attend their scheduled session without reasonable prior notice, the session is forfeited and non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided once the session or strategic preparation has begun.
If Fox&Flyn must postpone due to illness or personal emergency, the client will be offered the next available slot or a full refund if that delay extends beyond reason.
Liability
Strategy services are designed to guide and support your business direction. Implementation and outcomes remains the client’s responsibility.
